Flooring in Largo, FL
Wholesale luxury vinyl plank, ten minutes from your front door. We supply flooring in Largo from our Pinellas Park showroom on US-19 — one line, the Eminence Canyon Collection, carried in depth and priced well below retail.
Built for Florida Slabs and Florida Humidity
Largo is mostly mid-century: block ranches and split-levels built on slab from the fifties through the seventies, plus a large number of manufactured homes. Two flooring problems come with that housing stock, and both point the same direction.
The first is moisture from below. A slab wicks, particularly an older one without a modern vapor barrier, and that is what quietly destroys laminate and cups engineered hardwood over a few summers. The second is subfloor flatness — sixty-year-old slabs move, and any rigid product will telegraph a dip. Anyone shopping for flooring in Largo should be asking about both before choosing a color.
SPC answers the first outright: a stone polymer composite core is unaffected by moisture, so it does not swell, cup or delaminate whatever the slab is doing underneath. The second is a preparation question rather than a product one, and it is the single most common reason a floor that looked perfect at install develops a hollow click six months later. Any installer worth hiring will raise it before you order.
- 100% waterproof to the core — unbothered by slab moisture and Florida humidity.
- 30-mil commercial-grade wear layer — a specification most residential vinyl does not reach.
- Stone polymer composite core — will not expand, contract or warp.
- Click-lock installation — floats over a sound, flat subfloor with no glue or nails.
The Eminence Canyon Collection
We carry one flooring line and carry it properly. The Canyon Collection is a premium SPC luxury vinyl plank with a 30-mil commercial-grade wear layer — the sort of specification written for shops and restaurants, which is why it shrugs off pets, grit and a busy family hallway.
Rigid core is worth understanding before you compare prices. The category is governed by the ASSURE® Certified standard from the Resilient Floor Covering Institute, which sets uniform requirements for SPC and WPC construction covering wear layer thickness, indoor air quality, heavy metals and phthalate content. That matters because “luxury vinyl” is not a specification — wear layers sold under that name run from 6 mil to 30, and the cheap end is the one that greys out in a sunny room.
Stocking a single line is deliberate. We know how it behaves over ten years rather than how the brochure describes it, and we hold enough that a job does not stall waiting on a matching dye lot. See the full range and specifications on our Flooring page.
How Buying Wholesale Works
- Visit the showroom — see full-size planks under real light, next to the cabinet and countertop samples you are considering.
- Measure and quote — bring rough dimensions and we will work out square footage, waste allowance and transitions, then price it.
- Collect or deliver — we supply the flooring at wholesale, and we can put you in touch with installers we trust locally if you need fitting.
To be clear about scope: flooring from us is supply-only. We install cabinetry in-house, but floors we sell and then connect you with independent installers rather than pretending to run a fitting crew. Knowing that up front lets you budget the labor separately and compare quotes honestly.
Being ten minutes away has a practical benefit here. Ordering a few extra boxes is a short drive rather than a delivery charge, and keeping a box spare after the job is finished is the cheapest insurance there is against a future repair in a discontinued color.

Open 7 days a week — Mon–Sat 8am–5pm, Sun 10am–5pm
Largo borders Pinellas Park, so for most of the city we are a ten minute drive. No appointment is needed to walk in and browse, though booking a consultation gets you dedicated time with a designer.
We regularly work with homeowners across Largo and the surrounding area — Largo Central, East Largo, Ridgecrest, Harbor Bluffs, Bardmoor and Belleair — as well as neighboring Seminole, Clearwater and Pinellas Park. Being this close has a practical benefit: you can bring a drawer front home, live with it under your own kitchen light for a week, and bring it back.
Come in with whatever you have — a rough sketch, an old floorplan, a folder of screenshots, or just dimensions written on the back of an envelope. Every one of those is a workable starting point.
Flooring in Largo: Common Questions
Do you sell flooring in Largo?
Yes. We supply wholesale flooring in Largo and across Pinellas County from our showroom at 10286 US Hwy 19 N in Pinellas Park — about ten minutes from most Largo addresses.
Do you install flooring, or only supply it?
Flooring is supply-only. We sell it at wholesale and can refer you to local installers we trust. Cabinetry is the product we design and install in-house.
Will it work over an old concrete slab?
Usually, and the waterproof core is a real advantage on an older slab. The question to settle first is flatness rather than moisture — rigid core planks bridge dips instead of following them, which is what causes hollow spots and clicking. Have your installer check the slab before ordering.
Is it suitable for a manufactured home?
It is a common choice in them, and the floating installation suits a subfloor that flexes more than a slab. Mention it when you come in, because weight and the condition of the existing subfloor both influence what makes sense.
